Inditex UK and Ireland managing director Max Nutz has stepped down from his role after 25 years at the Zara owner.
Nutz will be succeeded by the group’s Austalia and New Zealand boss Pilar Losada this week, Retail Week reported.
Nutz joined Inditex in 1999 and has held senior international positions in the business, including as the managing director for UK and Ireland since May 2018.
His successor joined the Spanish fashion giant in 2010 and has taken up various roles including managing director of Central China before her stint in Australia.
The new appointment comes after Inditex revealed its half-profit surged 10% boosted by growth across all its brands including Stradivarius, Bershka and Massimo Dutti.
Sales hit £15.3bn (€18.1bn), with its largest brand Zara, including Zara Home, up 5.4% year-on-year to £11m (€13m).
